SKILLS TO BE DEVELOPED
This course aims to qualify trainees to coordinate maintenance processes, managing activities in the domains of fixture, repair and maintenance of equipment, in order to ensure their availability and working reliability in hotel units.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
Organize and manage hotel maintenance systems at different levels; support and collaborate in the planning and management of production processes and hotel services; assess the indoor conditions of air-conditioned spaces; plan the maintenance work of equipment and systems in hotel units; coordinate organization processes and definition of maintenance methods with a view to optimizing hotel operation; rationalize consumption and implement improvement solutions; identify and intervene in failure situations in a hotel environment; manage the use of energy in hotel facilities in several aspects; manage the performance of individual and maintenance teams in hotel units; manage the budgeting processes for maintenance works.

+ Students who have completed secondary school (whichever path, with or without national exams)
+ Students over 23 years old (23+ access regime)
+ Students who hold a CET (Technology Specialization Course) diploma
+ Students with Higher Education diplomas (vocational retraining)
