SKILLS TO BE DEVELOPED

Inspect, assay, diagnose and assess systems, engines and components of aircrafts; interpret technical documents and identify repairing procedures; plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of aircrafts; supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, optimizing the resources used, guaranteeing the compliance with the applicable regulation and the standards of quality and safety, and actively contributing for the sustainable development of the company.


SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

Interpret technical documents regarding aircrafts, engines and components, namely logbooks, technical logs, inspection protocols, technical manuals, service bulletins, airworthiness directives; plan and establish the sequence and methods of disassembly, repair, assembly and assessment of equipment/systems; define the application of processes, materials and adequate tools to the execution of the works, in accordance with the diagnosis conducted in several areas of specialization; disassemble, repair, assembly and assess aircrafts and their systems, engines and components; coordinate and streamline the processes of continuous improvement; supervise the safety and quality (human and material) requirements; plan and conduct aeronautical maintenance and systems streamlining activities, namely production activities; manage and supervise (in an integrative manner) teams, equipment and materials; update technical documents related to the aircraft, engines and components, namely logbooks and technical logs; prepare aircrafts for the execution of the flights, verifying, namely, if the passengers and crew safety equipment is operable and complete, as well as the safety protections of the aircraft.
