SKILLS TO BE DEVELOPED

Research, plan and implement communication and marketing management techniques, thus contributing to the sustainable development of the company.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

Search, collect, process and analyze relevant information about the market; plan and carry out communication actions in a digital environment and/or internet; understand and collaborate in the design, and operationalize the marketing plan; identify new consumer trends, competitors' activity, and changes in environmental variables in general; implement operational marketing plans, in the promotion of products and brands, using the appropriate communication channels; monitor the results of the application of the marketing and communication strategy, and implement the appropriate measures for a continuous improvement of communication processes; Analyze needs and constraints for the design and implementation of the communication and marketing plan; search, select, organize, analyze and publish information; plan and design multimedia and audiovisual content for the World Wide Web; organize and motivate sales teams.

+ Students who hold a CET (Technology Specialization Course) diploma
+ Students with Higher Education diplomas (vocational retraining)

MAIN EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

The Professional Higher Technician in Communication and Marketing is a professional who, autonomously, integrated in teams or under supervision, follows and develops the most efficient form of communication with customers, intervening in the commercial area through the promotion of products and services so as to attract new customers, and retain and follow, in a custom service, the current customers. The professional will be endowed with a set of skills, abilities and knowledge that will allow him/her to take on the duties in the design and management of some of the Marketing techniques, namely in what concerns the design and implementation of policies and/or strategies, market studies, marketing plans and international marketing.
