The Superior Professional Technician in Communication and Marketing is a professional capable of researching, planning and implementing communication and marketing management techniques contributing to the sustainable development of the company.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • Search, collect, process and analyze relevant information about the market;
  • Plan and carry out communication actions in a digital environment/Internet;
  • Understand, collaborate in the design and operationalization of the marketing plan;
  • Identify new consumer trends, competitors’ movements and changes in environmental variables in general;
  • Implement operational marketing plans, promoting products and brands, using the proper communication channels;
  • Monitor the results of the application of the marketing and communication strategy, and implement the appropriate measures for continuous improvement of the communication processes;
  • Analyze needs and constraints for the design and implementation of the Communication and Marketing Plan;
  • Search, select, organize, analyze and publicize information;
  • Plan and design multimedia and audiovisual content for the World Wide Web;
  • Organize and motivate sales teams.
