The course aims to plan, design, manage and use methodologies, technologies and analysis tools applied to tourism products, in accordance with good tourism practice, normative references and applicable legislation.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Create programs that convey quality and complementary distractions to classic tourist services
- Develop projects for the creation, consolidation and communication of products and tourist destinations
- Develop management operations in tourist companies
- Plan and manage information systems for recording and processing tourism data
- Collect, analyze and systematize information for the preparation of information documents, promotion and marketing of tourism products
- Plan and organize approaches to customer interaction techniques to maximize the effects of activities, creating conditions for effective customer loyalty
- Prepare and implement tourist events, from their conception to their effective realization
- Supervise, coordinate and organize food and beverage operations in tourism, hotel and catering companies, ensuring the services’ quality
- Manage and streamline tourism products, spaces and equipment considering best practice and applicable legislation
- Define Marketing Plans to promote and sell tourism products and services.
