SKILLS TO BE DEVELOPED
Implement construction and rehabilitation solutions; schedule, coordinate and supervise the execution of small and medium maintenance intervention, seeking technical, safe, economic and sustainable optimization; interpret projects and technical documents inherent to construction and rehabilitation activities, and identify pathologies and structural and constructive anomalies of buildings.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
Manage the execution of projects of architecture, engineering and technical facilities; plan, implement and design solutions to mitigate the various pathologies that affect buildings; inspect the structural systems and typologies of buildings, and design adequate solutions of intervention; conduct inspections, and prepare essays and diagnostics of structures; plan and manage the works regarding the interventions; prepare budgets, terms of reference and work plans; perform preventive and corrective maintenances to the construction elements; prepare reports and fill out the technical documentation concerning the activity developed; propose and execute new techniques, using sustainable construction and rehabilitation materials; manage the application of workplace safety plans; manage the application of safety norms against building fires.
